For persons that have allergies we recommend twice a year. Consider this fact: Heating and Air companies say change your filters every month. Your drapery and upholstery as well as any fabric treatment is the same as a filter. They collect the same dirt and dust.
Q. Will there be any damage or shrinkage with your service? A. No. We guarantee no damage or shrinkage and you do not sign any releases.
Q. Can you remove all stains? A. No. We have a good success percentage of removing most stains, but depending on age of the stain, the type of fabric, or if any home remedy had been used, we cannot guarantee that all stains will come out.
Q. Are you insured and bonded?
A. Yes. We carry $500,000 general liability policy and have a janitorial bond.
Q. How long does it generally take to clean a home’s drapery or window treatments?
A. Normally an average size house takes about six hours to complete.
